Growing up on the prairies of Southern Alberta, my early life presented unique challenges and shaped my understandings of resilience from a young age.
Homeschooled for many years and navigating the world as a neurodivergent individual with strong spiritual awareness, imposter syndrome, and cPTSD (before these things were well-known or understood), I learned to rely on my inner compass from a young age.
My search for answers & happiness led me through countless conventional paths, including doctors, therapists, healers, religious and philosophical teachings, and various lifestyle changes, interpersonal relationships, communities, & passions.
I understand a wide scope of the human experience, from being in a place of total loss, hopelessness and isolation, grappling with substance abuse, suicidal ideation, and more - to the complete opposite end of the spectrum by the time I'd hit my late 20's at which time I had achieved my "childhood dream" of building hotrods from my acreage home with my family and pets, and found abundance, leisure, and health.
I know what it's like to achieve outward success while feeling unfulfilled within, because I had the "perfect" life and couldn't have felt more disconnected from my ability to rest, create, or give & receive love. I went further still - to working on the coast of BC, trying fly-in/fly-out jobs with paid accommodations, meeting "important people" - and in the end even getting rid of most of my belongings altogether and living on the road from my holiday trailer with my dog (I underwent my own identity crisis and spiritual awakening during this time)
While it's impossible to list over 30 years of history, I am a certified Emergency Medical Responder (2018), Sailing Instructor, Coastal Sailing & Boating Navigator, Royal Conservatory of Music Gr. 6 Graduate in Piano/Technique, Shotokan Karate Instructor, Certified Gymnastics Coach, Certified Esthetician, and have worked as a Legal Assistant (Charles Hotzel & Associates), Service Advisor (Great West Chrysler), and much more.
I am skilled in a plethora of trades, hobbies, & industries; can competently use & operate a very wide variety of equipment (forklift, bobcat, tractors, semi & grain trucks, welders, power tools, gasoline tools & small engines, etc), and I also ran a thriving "nature dayhome" and doggie daycare/animal rehabilitation & fostering program during the years when my kids were little.
From livestock (sheep, cattle, pigs, poultry) to equine (riding, tack/saddling & care, outdoors outfitting & packing), offgrid homesteading (gardening, canning, hide tanning, butchering/skinning, aquaponics, wilderness survival) to domestic maintenance & DIY (electrical, plumbing, "handyman", sewing, cooking, baking) --there are few areas of life I have not explored, and little wisdom I am not willing to share with my fellow human.
Now, I'm more passionate than ever about being a "mom" and helping others discover their authentic, liberated, abundant paths in this life.
Drawing from my diverse skills, lived experiences, and hard-won insights, I can empower individuals to overcome their innermost fears & obstacles, connect with their purpose, and create lives that are deeply fulfilling, meaningful, & sustainable.
If you're seeking lasting solutions to existential or real-life issues where conventional approaches have failed, or simply want to tap into a deeper sense of meaning and self-empowerment, I offer empathetic perspective with the guidance & unwavering support required to thrive in a way that suits you.
I offer pay-what-you can options for low-income & at-risk individuals (please note this when reaching out if it is the case for you), as well as free 25-minute preliminary consultation sessions (phone, text, or online chat) during which I strive to provide as much meaningful support as I can.
Nothing gives me a greater sense of purpose than being a mother, and in the truest sense, in which I advocate for the liberty of my fellow human and strive for a world aimed more in the direction of mutual-respect, shared wisdom, acceptance, & love.
